SUSHI MAKING CLASS & TASTING MENU
More than 300 persons have already done this short introductory course since September 2009, with an average satisfaction of 9 out of 10.
Discover the secrets of the Japanese cuisine, the basics, the importance of fish cutting techniques and sushi rice preparation.
During these introductory classes on sushi making, pupils work around the teacher in one-person tables creating their own dishes, which are later tasted during the appetizer. After the two hour class, the pupils will enjoy a Tasting Menu* with wines at the Verdil restaurant.
Schedule:
Class: from 7pm to 9.30pm.
Dinner: 9.30pm. (only if you book the option which includes it)

- Only class: class and collection of recipes.
